I searched that and it seems that app is too simple and lacks lots of innovative features. If I wanted to just play audio and nothing else I would just use my phone's default player. Am I wrong?
I want to make it harder. It's the only big paid distro out there and I wish to claim it. But they say I can install the OS free but taking support and installing packages require subscription so it seems my goal is just an illusion. But thanks for giving advice bro.
Poweramp developers are smart and bastard; they disabled the option to clear data and when you go to phone settings to clear data there is no option for it, it's just "Manage space" and "Clear cache". Manage space directs you into the app.
My phone is not root and lucky pather has a costum patch for poweramp but it doesn't work, or at least I don't know how to use it. Did you patch with lucky patcher? What steps did you take?
No internet access is some kind of philosophy for them but I don't like it for two reason: 1. This philosophy prevent them from adding a feature to find and embed synced lyrics automatically. 2. If they want to respect our privacy why not just make the app open source? like the paid version doesn't have any bold feature.
But with all that, I still use it because Poweramp UI is not good! innovative, but not actually good.
I'm sure it's a decent philosophy right there in that link. But I'm not a philosopher, I'm an end user.
