I feel like there's some truth to this!

If the posted answer was in a moderately active thread, you can generally assume it's correct if there are no contradictory replies.

Totally worth it to just play on easy mode to vibe with the music.

Great point. It's probably why I enjoyed Parks & Rec and Brooklyn 99 more than other shows in the same vein. Even 30 Rock only kept me watching because of characters like Kenneth.

Some other possible loopholes:

What is a "home"? Does it need to have a roof or a door or walls?

What happens if the vampire is knocked unconscious and then the resident tells another person to bring them inside?

This is definitely more complex than I originally thought.
