Also, say what you will about Elon, he'd deserve it, but as a Starlink customer in rural Canada I cannot stress how life-changing this service is. Plus I get the bonus of not paying any Canadian Telcos.

I really don't need my feed showing the same story that many times, it's redundant and pointless. If you want to karma farm, go back to reddit.
I used to have a Plex Pass, but I dont think it's worth it anymore. I have remote access via Tailscale, which I use for a number of other services as well.
Reddit is the only social media I no longer contribute to. I have a private LibReddit instance I use to read from the smaller niche communities that I can't find elsewhere, and some I even have feeding into my RSS reader. I haven't had a Facebook in quite some time and I never signed up for Twitter/Insta/etc.
The Fediverse has actually encouraged me to take part more. Not having to worry about corporate interests, or me being used as a product was always my main gripe.
Ys. It didn't feel very convincing, nor did they actually address the issue of them citing a company Bill Gates owns in order to support another one he owns.
He hasn't released anything on YouTube since his movie came out. After that he went Patreon only, though Im sure the public scrutiny played a large role.
He had to rebrand as Channel 5 News. The initial investor for AGNB retains the trademark to that name.
He's since left YouTube and is Patreon-only now. A real shame too, he does some really great work, but not enough that I'm willing to pay a sub for it.
