But we don't get guaranteed sick days or vacation, so our time off is generally too short for that and possibly unpaid! AND we don't have healthcare, so how are we supposed to get vaccinated! It's like you value your own lives and well-being above my right to visit your country, and I don't think you understand that you're speaking to an American right now. Used habitually, it can be a pacifying kind of drug. You're unhappy with things, so you get stoned to get a little escape. If you didn't have the out of that little escape, you might be more inclined to make choices and put in the work to make lasting changes.

On the other side, shrooms makes you uncomfortably confront the shit that you don't like about yourself and neural pathways get a chance to reroute, so you can kinda give yourself the kick in your ass you need to see the problem and make changes.

Yeah, but trump will primary those who vote against it. Musk has nothing even remotely close to the level of loyal popularity that trump has. Redcaps would abandon every issue before they'd abandon trump. This threat from musk is pretty meaningless. If he actually wanted to move the needle, he'd spend his money on getting blue voters the resources they need to get to the polls or get mail-in ballots in those districts to flip the seat.
