I haven't noticed a significant difference. I didn't mesure though. I would say turn it off if you are experiencing stability issues

Fast boot makes it so that you never really shut down for faster boot times. However oyu can turn that off if you are having troubles with instabilities or generally not care about slightly longer boot times

Oooo, love me that island. Now I feel obliged to share mine photos of the place.

I recently created win11 install media with rufus and I was amazed with what it can do. Makes the whole install a breeze since you don't need to turn off the telemetry and log in to M$ account. All around plesant experience

Hardly a super power, but I can rather accurately when meat is done by judging firmness of it. It's what you get when you cook it frequently
