With the new update it works much better. General text size 1,0. Post size XL/L and comment size L/M looks much better (like the alpha version). Thanks a lot!

Yes. Same for me.

It's the same tactic as getting rid of pigeons. You don't destroy the eggs, you make them unusable (plaster eggs). Because destroyed eggs are immediately replaced by the pigeons with functioning eggs.
