There is no right to force other people to provide services or interact with you. To the contrary actually, free association is actually a right.

So? You aren't entitled to the services of any business. It isn't their responsibility to do whatever you want.

Term limits and an inability to invest would just make it a completely unwanted job for anyone without some significant fallback plan.

You said that government business is whatever the government passes laws about, which literally gives the government unlimited justification to do anything and everything because, by definition, it's the proper business of government under that standard.
