  • I finally managed to figure it out by trying out all combinations I could think of. Seems to me like this thing is too dumb to recognize all valid moves, as don't see why xc5 should be illegal.

Anyhow, this thing accepts knight on F4 as the correct answer, written as "Nf4+"

Of course it changes when you reload the darn page 🫠

  • What mariusafa said is correct, but I wanted to point out that objects in space do not freeze immediately. Dissipation via blackbody radiation is much slower than convection and it can take a long time for something to cool down without the latter. In other words, a vaccuum does function as a very effective insulator, which can sometimes make it more challenging to get rid of heat in space than it is to keep something warm. The ISS, for example, needs to use radiators to keep cool. The same goes for many (most? all?) satellites that are at least as close to the sun as the earth.

  • The cat is the only character out of the first two movies who faced off with a Xenomorph and got a chance to die of old age. Jonesy shows up in the beginning of Aliens, too, but Ripley doesn't take her on the trip back to LV-426.

  • Do you even find it glaring/like it's hurting your eyes when you're outside or in a very well lit room? Because I'm under the impression that his trend mostly comes from people using their devices in dimly lit areas. #444 does sacrifice some legibility, imho. It's not terrible, but I still much prefer pitch black.
