  • I've only lost one pet so far, and it was a family pet. I plan on having pets of my own in the future. Do you find that it gets easier? I didn't see our family pet regularly but it was still sad as heck when it happened.

  • Yeah, life is what you make it. Here I am feeling like there isn't enough time to do everything I want to do. Wild how different mindsets can be.

    New experiences keep your mind feeling young and healthy. They also make time move slower. Time flies when everything's mundane. That's how you blink and suddenly you're older. Can't remember what you did because you didn't really do anything. Someone told me this once and I've found it to be very true.

  • It was a great upset. And then for #1 spot on the UK Christmas charts, BBC invited RATM to play the song live. They were asked to keep it censored, of course they did not. Show was awkwardly cut short. Performance went viral. The rest is history.

  • I think you block more than me lol I mostly just block the porn and anime, anything I wouldn't want to scroll past on my work computer. I leave the language ones alone because I like seeing how Lemmy is growing.

  • This is what I do. It's very satisfying to keep your "All" feed pruned. Easy to do when Lemmy's not that big.
