You linked a case stating the president has the authority to classify or declassify documents as they see fit. Which again, isn't what he's being charged for. He took documents to Mar-a-Lago and kept them there once he was no longer president. This violates the Presidential Records Act as those documents became public property once he was no longer president. It again does not matter at all whether or not they were classified.

And what evidence do you have that the supreme court effectively nullified the Presidential Records Act?

It was an act of congress in 1978. Basically after a president leaves office all presidential documents belong to the public. No president has the authority to take presidential documents to their private property after they leave office.

I was under the impression that it didn't matter whether or not the documents were classified. After a president leaves office all presidential documents need to go to the National Archives. Trump took a bunch of boxes to Mar-a-Lago that should have went to the archives. That's what he did wrong. Doesn't matter if it was a McDonalds lunch order on a napkin or nuclear launch codes. He didn't have the authority to take documents out of the white house. Full stop.

I think in this scenario it's pretty clearly B. Though I have a secondary scenario. What if you're standing against a wall and the portal slams into that wall. You're against the wall but the wall itself never goes through the portal. Would you still get launched then? The portal is still moving when you go through it but stops abruptly as soon as it reaches the wall. You're still physically touching the wall that's now on the other side of the portal. Would you get forced off of it and launched?

Fully agree with you. Though I can't imagine that a hardware company like Lenovo would be able to get two TouchPads working with games in any meaningful way; at least not without direct support from valve. Valve can only do it because they developed steam input with the two TouchPads in mind. Given Lenovo's laptop experience I'd say the trackpad on this thing is likely just a mouse and can't be configured as something else (which like you said is still a vast improvement over all these other non-steam deck handhelds that either poorly emulate mouse input with a joystick or worse don't have any mouse control at all other than a touch screen). Though I guess Lenovo could have their own app that configures this stuff on its own. But I doubt that would come anywhere close to being as good as steam input. I also can't imagine how cumbersome that kind of a solution would be; not to mention the almost guaranteed issues with game compatibility it would bring.

This seems like the right way to go for Lenovo imo without them having to invest in their own bloated software.
