Women are objects to them. Disobedient little objects that refuse to give men what they need and rightfully deserve. Their dads had a woman that did all the things while getting almost nothing in return, and they expect the same.

Here's what I've got: light based computation has been around since the 60's. Yet somehow it hasn't supplanted electricity-based chips. But now someone has made a chip for training AI out of it. I guess that would just be a GPU? Anyway it's more efficient because light. Furthermore, maybe someday this will be relevant to the quantum through some as-yet unimagined mechanism. But this is awesome because light is faster than electricity. It. Just. Is.

I don't judge at all. Not all sex work is sex for money, but even in that case, I think it's fine. There's nothing magical about sex. And there can be lots of reasons a person might not get all their needs met within a relationship.

I do worry it can be a trap for some, but I think it's a valid choice. Idk. I'm specialized (trapped) in IT work and whore myself out to corporations for money. Ultimately there probably isn't that much of a difference.

It can go the other way. Long before we got married, my wife hooked up with a guy to an unsatisfactory conclusion. Whatever. But years later she had a medical emergency and needed a ride to the hospital. One of the EMTs I think, or maybe a nurse idk, happened to be the guy. She was all kinds of fucked up on whatever they gave her and she's like, "I remember you. You have a small penis. So small and cute!"

I have a very feminist outlook on things, but I enjoy some problematic things. I know it's not very progressive of me, but it is what it is. I acknowledge they are problematic.

Alcohol is just part of the weekly grocery budget. We mostly get it at Costco to buy in bulk, but not everything we need is there.

My wife is religious. I'm sure what to say about it. It's a non issue in our lives. She thinks what she wants. I think what I want. Kids were a little tricky, but we worked through it. They got introduced to the idea of religion when they were younger and I made no bones about not believing and we agreed they could decide for themselves. AFAIK they are both atheist but who knows when they experience significant loss - a lot of people turn to religion then. The older kids from her first marriage are all believers I think but also pretty casual I think. I think my oldest married an atheist, but the truth is I just don't have reason to talk about religion or lack thereof with anyone.

ETA: we were married by a pagan. I also married my daughter dressed as Darth Vader after dueling her husband for her hand. So it's just not a big thing.

I don't like ketchup, myself, but when I make wings my daughter has me baste hers with ketchup.
