Honestly, I'm just happy to see that everyone involved was able to see that it was just a communication issue and work things out together instead of it turning into a big finger-pointing drama fest.
Kudos to everyone involved for being understanding and collaborative, good people all around.
Me just waiting for them to fix the mutiple screen option....
(It used to beautifully let me turn on and off the deck screen while using a monitor and have it be in the proper place/orientation, not I have to manually go and arrange the screen correctly every time)
