  • While I understand both of your points and views, the fact of the matter is that the speed limit is set to whatever it is, whether it be 65 or 70. You are aware of this, and daily commuters are also aware of this. In my eyes, that means it is not a surprise, or shouldn't be, to anyone except travelers. This also means that you should be prepared for that commute at that speed limit. Unless it is an emergency, just follow the speed limit. It's as simple as that.

  • I remember commenting about people going over the speed limit here on Lemmy, and getting so many downvotes from people who could never explain to me why they thought they deserved to go over the speed limit. Emergencies, with your emergency lights on? By all means! Going over the speed limit because you got up or left late for work? No bueno.

  • Thank you so much for bringing this to my attention! I recently upgraded a 10 year old device with a Macbook (first time owner!) and was not impressed with how MacOS operates. Cue to me installing things like Swipe, Bartender, etc. I would have kept happily updating this program without your bringing it to my attention, so THANK YOU!

  • Exactly! I used to work manual labor, and finally found a job that I can actually get through a day without aching or wishing I was dead. Don’t knock on office work, because there are plenty of worse jobs that can be had!

  • I looked it up, and there is an article from the end of last year that says they are about to be required or are already required.

I can't recall ever putting my license on one of these tax preppers, but I am also older and more privacy concerned in my older age, so I would definitely not do it now.

  • I found Majuular earlier this year, and watch his videos to fall asleep to. The in-depthness of his videos are a treat, he's got a voice that doesn't get annoying to me, and he allows me to see older games in a new light. Highly recommend!

  • I see, and understand your points. The reason I enjoyed King's Field/Shadow Tower/Souls was the exploration aspect, which Lunacid does really well.

I agree with the anime characters, for sure. It was very jarring to run into the girl the first time. I couldn't help but feel like I was playing a different game all of the sudden!

What did the developer say to dislike them, again, if you don't mind me asking?
