The bank usually pays taxes and Insurance from the escrow account. You pay into escrow every month. If insurance goes up, so does the amount you pay into escrow

Homes are fucking expensive. I couldn't afford to buy a house in most markets at current prices. I have no idea how people are able to buy homes today.

Even my neighbor down the street...1st home for him, wife, and 2 year old kid. He tried to sell because he didn't understand how property taxes worked. The previous owner of 30 years payed 1.5K a year. He bought the home and was hit with a 15K tax bill. He couldn't afford it and thought his bill would also be 1.5K. The closing agent and real estate agent didn't explain anything to him. They were just happy to collect commission and fees on a very expensive house.

Went to Disney last year. Never again. Lines are too long, you must use a phone app to get 'fast access's to rides, but fast access is now just normal access. Standby waits are over an hour for all rides. Some rides had no standby, so no phone app, no going on that one. Oh and the phone app has limited space that I found out is usually gone 5 min after opening at 6 am or some shit.

I had to wait 2 hours for jungle cruise while watching a non stop line of fast pass people just constantly walking on.

It's too crowded, elbow to elbow people.

Still 20.00 for a crap hamburger.

Tickets were like 380 for 2 of us.

Complaints from those held there include lack of air conditioning...it was 96 in the shade today in south Florida, huge mosquitos...people from the North don't understand how big mosquitoes can get in the swamp, plus it's been raining so add in 100% humidity on top of everything else.

That area in big cypress preserve is a Dark Sky location, the last in Florida. Now it's lit up like Las Vegas.

Well it's obvious she wants to be seen as a loyal GOP supporter or Trump with her 'yes' vote, but still wants the bill to be delayed. Having the house delay the bill makes her look like a loyal lapdog for optics, but secretly wants changes and can blame someone else for the bill being delayed instead of having the delay blamed on her vote

How many other 'traffic' apps have a feature to report police locations. Waze I know had it.

I have to add an extra parameter to all my proton enabled games so that I use wine for 3d. If I don't, I get blank screens. If I do, works like a charm. I post to the proton db after I verify it on each game.
