First time in 15y I had issues.

I wear them only to maintain being productive. This is an actual thing a LOT of people with ADHD do to avoid just sitting down and not moving. I give myself about an hour then switch to my slips and usually only maintain my work level for a few more minutes at most.

I was just talking to some people about this. I use to be the guy who researched everything now I feel stupid AF because finding what I'm looking for feels impossible at times. Hell there's times where I search something and Google even says "there's nothing to find".

I really hope you find something but I'd like to just add my own personal experience. I forget the pluggin I used but it rewrote everything and then deleted it. I searched shortly after for something I had posted and something I commented and was able to find them through Google. Clicked the link and it highlighted my comment and if I clicked my username it did say [DELETED]. Recently I rechecked my account and all of my content was restored.

It's super political and tech based. Feels like if you don't use Linux or Firefox you're an outcast. I still use it often just not as often as I did with reddit.

Hes just being real as to what's going to happen. Of course we all want them in prison drinking prison goop through a straw.

Lots of gas stations have a food menu now and things to grab late at night or when you don't want a full store.

From now on when I feel stupid I will make sure to remember I'm not this level of stupid....

Yupp! My dad does Uber and he went out about an hour ago and is already up $250 without even being in a surge area. He's expecting to make about $5k today/tonight working from 10am-1am. He says he's never had them back to back like he is today. He expects tonight to be stupid busy and again over the weekend.

I understand that first sentence it's makes sense, but that second sentence, now come on a murderer should in fact be made known and jobless for some pretty damn obvious reasons.

AC has kinda been open world the whole time it's when they expanded it then changed every mechanic of the game. It became less about being a stealth assassin and more about brute strength. Large out in the open combat instead of death from the shadows.

I'm guessing because they haven't been paid their share of the profits and savings. FTC only cares about themselves nothing more.

It's used as a source of income for a lot of people. It's easy to group everyone and say they deserve all that happens but take a minute and consider those who are struggling and it's their only way to find work and others are just trying to stay afloat in the sinking economy

Nah, delivering better food is a loss

I haven't used prime in idk how long. 2 day shipping hasn't been 2 days or even 4 days in years now. Every order with or without prime is at least a week. The only reason I use Amazon is ordering odd ball stuff you can't find in a store or the price difference is substantial enough to justify. I never need to pay for shipping since if I'm ordering it's a bulk order of stuff I need and it's free shipping over $25. I hate Amazon but i also gotta get by some how

My town did a bunch of side roads with that stuff and maybe they cut corners but all of the roads did horrible. It only took a year and they're so messed up people wait in the long lines of traffic on the main roads to avoid them. In comparison the state roads were done at the same time and have been fine 5 years later. Obviously this is just one man's limited view on this and there's likely research that shows better results elsewhere.

A good sign that this is what's gonna happen is if you look around our generation is the first generation that is trying to work with the next ones to do better which has never been the case before. There is a reason millennials and gen Z are always in the headlines together.

I wouldn't block the communities otherwise you're going to end up with nothing to scroll through. While lemmy is building itself its going to have repeating content that hits front page. I use sync to block links that I see posted a lot maybe that's worth trying?

Not justifying the gaps but it's important to know that LJ does this as a side project. Back when he developed sync for reddit he made sure to mention that frequently. He is also the only one working on the app with no team. He really is a good person who's likely being effected by the current state of affairs of the real world and has to focus on that right now.
