So you want to make https://yts.mx/ but you can only publish movies on the public domain. Also this kind of stuff is way to difficult to make it legal since you are stating your own intentions. also tax has to be paid from donations so some of it is lost. I think there are better things to donate rather than an group of randos trying to buy Disney and Netflix with donations.
