I don't view family as a paycheck. My family is who raised me. That being said, they owe me medical history. I feel like visiting with them could end very badly very quickly, like a step parent insisting you call them mom or dad. Depending on my mental state, I may not bother. It would be a good opportunity to show gratitude for my parents as well. They divorced and probably feel like more mistakes were made than really mattered but were both great parents.

I think you'd be best served by doing all due diligence and proving this to be the case before approaching media. A lawyer would be if you were harmed, so if your vote was not counted, then you were harmed. There also needs to be a known plaintiff, though, so you need a lot of data for that step. You can't simply use conjecture for legal proceedings, which is why Trump lost or rendered null every case he filed in 2020.

Anti-social behavior should be shunned. There are varying degrees of harm which people tip the scale on, but I think minimizing harm is an admirable attribute, doing no deliberate harm reduction is sociopathic, and maximizing harm is sadistic.

It has to do with compression. The levels are more active to correct than an EQ and often result in clicks of louder volume. Also it's worth mentioning that virtually all media utilizes volume for effect, nullifying it tends to sound uninspired.

I wouldn't recommend putting yourself through it, but if you watch Johnson's speech, every Republican looks positively giddy about killing grandma.
