Nah I wouldn't say it is different in the rest of the world. Yes, open minded people everywhere don't get bothered by bare skin in a lot of situations, but there are also a lot of people that perceive it as a taboo. Besides that, a lot of people that okay with bare skin on many contexts, there are still many of them that don't expect or want a bare skin to be a factor in a lot of others, varying by individuals.

For example, I wouldn't mind bare skin and varying degrees of intimacy in a lot of entertainment media, but still I would expect this to me a non-factor in the indicator of quality in most of them. For twitch, a platform that has come about and widely known as a gaming streaming site, I would expect the key performance indicators of content creators to be their gaming skills and gaming related entertainment value, not their bare skin. Alas all of us know that bare skin would definitely be a factor in the KPI of content creators because also sex sells, but I'm not going to Twitch to purchase sex.

Isn't Factorio very optimized, not in the sense that it uses all system resources completely, but in the sense that it has very efficient code enabling millions of operations and increasing without needing much more system resources to scale it?

I would definitely go with Arma in this case. Although it has very heavy calculations for a lot of things to start with, it can't scale well and cause CPU bottleneck very soon.

Dammit, I wanna argue against this so bad. I feel like Fury Road is among the rare, if not only, reboot or sequel or whatever you'd call it for movies that had a fresh entry after so long that holds pretty decent in light of the originals. It has awesome visuals, pretty good pacing, immersive characters, decent interactions.

Yet now I feel like the main plot is kinda stitch-together, "rise up people!" Marvel kind of garbage, with catchy "witness me" kinda stuff sparkled. Local settlement warlords in style of Farcry 3 and up.

Hunt servers definitely need an overhaul, especially with influx of new players these last few events brought in. Just a bit better tick rate, and fixing server downtime issues would be pretty nice. Game is slow enough that the servers wouldn't need to be top tier.

It is an action to emphasize the piracy is illegal and they will hunt you down for it using state resources, not matter the sentence.

But the best effect of this is that you sentence one guy, no matter how light the sentence is, then 1000 teens are afraid of ever thinking of piracy. The public had done nothing about these unjust warmongering and coups and insurgencies and such, maybe except the hippy times during vietnam war, and their presidents will do nothing to change the American international affairs (while having fairly different internal policies). Both the presidents and the population will keep blaming figureheads like Kissinger, possibly Blinken in the next decade and such names, while complicit in enjoying the benefits of resources acquired at the expense of 3rd world nations and their populations.

Hell after seeing how he lived till 100 in luxury despite the fact that he is such a piece of shit to a global degree, I would recommend aspiring to be such a piece of shit for luxury and power over billions of people.

In my opinion most western voice actors can't really convey the expression of anime character the Japanese VAs can bring to life.

This is caused by a lot of factors not inherently about voice acting performance, but the language differences. A lot of high pitched expressions are simply non-existed in most other languages, for example. Even if you imitated the tone completely, the language itself as a lot of people know and speak will make the aptly toned expression sound very very weird or creepy within the utterance of the target language.

So for most people dub is simply not on point, or a lot of the times even jarring to match the visual expression to the voice. Subs perfectly keep that distinction.

Most of the time people in western culture finding youngsters imitate anime stuff weird because of this distinction, not because they simply heated expressions, which the target language already has but in other tones and forms.
