I think at this point it’s just tradition and makes for a good photo. It doesn’t have anything to do with them being real gold anymore.

Could someone help me since I’m a newish fan? They never seem to actually use the wet tire. It goes Dry -> Inters -> Red flag.

Why is that?

Pressing Shift+Esc to mark everything as read sometimes fixes this issue.
