Not weird for me. I don't play anymore at all. Don't even have a system to do so. But, I watch YouTube videos about games and game facts or speed running every night before bed. I know more about games now than when I actually played them. I just don't have time for them anymore but that doesn't mean they don't interest me. I lost my passion for playing games years ago but not the idea of it. I don't know or care about the hype but I just find it terribly interesting via others hype or interest in these games. If that makes sense.
Moto 5g stylus has both. I just bought my daughter one for Christmas. The downside is using a moto phone which have gone downhill imo since the Nexus 6. But my daughter is 10 and just wants a phone with a stylus for drawing stuff and it was only $99 with my fi plan so why not?
I loved the expanse, maybe more than books. But even the books just got drawn out and I lost interest. With how closely the show followed the books I'm worried the show would just fall off for me like the books.
Quake 3 arena on Dreamcast. 4 player split screen with low gravity and unlimited ammo turned on was something that controlled me and my group of friends lives for years. Not the best game ever to some but definitely to me. Also to get the low gravity and ammo unlocks you had to play a huge maze on the vmu screen. We spent hours mapping out those mazes 1 square inch at a time. They were literally enormous but you could only see 1 inch at a time on that tiny but genius vmu. We even carried our controllers everywhere just in case a game broke out at a party. Each controller was customized with sharpies and shit too. Miss those days so much.
