  • Why is it insane though?

In 5e I can take a level of warlock and at character level 5 the cantrip outdamages a heavy crossbow.

I can make a warlock 2 / bard 3 and both of their selected cantrips scale based on Character level.

You should absolutely be able to mix and match extra attack features. There isn't a reason, other than 3+ attacks is a primary fighter feature, that extra attacks shouldn't stack.

  • The only thing separating underpaid workers from union workers is the picket line.

If they want better conditions, create or join a union.

Yes its hard. Yes you'll be harassed, threatened and some even assaulted/killed.

But together, low paid workers can unionize and improve their life.

  • E.G. the newfound celebrity of the BG3 VAs as they run around on social media. If it was some Hollywood big shot, the likelihood that we'd have the High Rollers one-shot from them in nill.

Then we wouldn't have the glory that is Shadowheart and Bing-Bong, or Astarion lapping blood from a glass like a cat.

  • Okay the last sentence isn't true. Except in British Columbia where they just changed their name to BC United after taking control of the previously centrist Liberal party in the early 1990s.

The CPC, led by Pierre Poilievre, is a mix of traditional conservatives(mostly Quebec and maritimes) and far right nutters(everywhere else). The latter tricked the sane conservatives into joining them roughly two decades ago.

The PPC, is the even further right crazies. They haven't been able to land a single seat.

The Liberal Party is analogous to the Democratic party.

The Bloq Quebecois wants to split Quebec from Canada, but keep all of the benefits the province currently gets.

The NDP, led by Jagmeet Singh used to be the left wing party, but they're led by a rich spoiled brat who just follows the Liberals.

The Green Party was doing well and had several seats until its founder stepped down, then a fraudster got power and milked the party of all of its money for her own gain.

  • Just because that's not how it works hasn't prevented conservatives from trying to control them.

See Stephen Harper's efforts to control the CBC in Canada when he was PM, and Pierre Poilievre's (same party) promise to scrap it entirely.

  • When they started, they did used to force you to use products edit: aside from their own games(fair cop), some 3rd party games like Lost Planet also required it.

Certain games, and not just valve games, you'd buy in a store and the disc would force you to install and create a steam account to play the single player offline game.
