I agree in general, but I guess if you're talking specifically about how some people feel like they shouldn't be able to be drafted, I'd argue it's less an issue than the idea of drafting in general.
Omg... I think I'm showing my age 😅 I thought that was "ask jeeves" (pre google Internet search thing) and it was a joke about developers looking things up so the time on the job
It feels so weird, and a little scary, to see people praising brave journalism when they're basically just staying historical facts... It's that not normal journalism? 😅
I remember playing a hotseat game with my friend and his brothers ( I think heroes of might and magic 2) and I accidentally big toed the power button, just like in this picture 😅
Everyone was pretty gutted, although we then found out that autosave happened every turn, what a releif.
I understand the logic of doing the streak system, keep you engaged by threatening to lose your streak if you don't do it every day, but it's a double edged sword.
If I'd lost my streak though... I should just go "oh well" and call it a day/quit.
I deleted the app when they said they were going to fire translators for AI. But I have adhd and forgot, several days, even with reminders, to do it some days... It never ended up mattering because they let me keep my streak anyway
This is what pissed me off about it at the time. All the conspiracy subs and all right people kept putting up bill and Hillary Clinton killed epstein posts...
Trump and Barr were in power at the time and have much more egregious evidence of their interactions with epstein
I've had a few times where I'll look at a random movie on some streaming service that I haven't heard of before, trailer looks great, genre is right up my alley, I'll watch it, it's not great but I hope it gets better and then by the end I realise it's bad.
So I go see the RT score and it's low to mid rated for both critics and viewers. So after a few of those I started our checking. For ones I haven't heard of. Found it very useful so far
I'm such a cynical skeptic so when I see such back and forths I tend to assume they're fake. It maybe not? But it ends up being worded in a way that's funny to post as an image, but doesn't feel like a real conversation.
I reckon. Birds are fuckin psycho.
