I understand the sentiment but most people just don't have the time or energy for that. I'm a busy person, got a young one around that needs my help every day - and I need to be able to help put people into office that reflect my ideals without actively being involved. That shouldn't be a large ask.

Wouldn't have to do "their own research" if yours was good from the get go.

I know there's sarcasm here, but the article did state an sdk will be available so apps need ported.

Netbrain has one that makes a sound. Annoying when you tuck their page in a tab. No site should throw sound out like that.

This right here. I can't believe all of the spam calls I'm missing out on right now - used to be so infuriating to get a daily interruption or two, but now the assistant helpfully answers and doesn't even inform me unless someone speaks intelligently to it.

I just had to scan your post history just to see.... maybe.... naw. Damnit.

I'm confident that mail and sms show up as the notification icon, but they're bundled so they all look like one "notification" on the watch face. Not sure on the calendar side - I specifically block a bunch of app pushes to my watch because my phone is mostly a distraction when I work, so I don't like my watch buzzing for every little thing.

I do get high/low temp on the face, which is very handy. Plus it's always on (LCD, not OLED) - not as pretty as some, but 5 plus day battery life.

I'm lost - what is a complication? From my initial Google, it does seem like my Garmin can add additional things to the face but I'm still kind of unclear as to what a complication is. For reference I have heart rate, step count, mileage, body battery and weather on my vivoactive3 face.

Perhaps with one of those dildos that are being thrown around everywhere

A company I worked for years ago had several "walk stations" - always thought it was a good idea, but companies rarely bless IT with such improvements to quality of life.
