  • I'm old. I've seen stuff like this before. Im thinking red flag. I don't know her motives... But a) taking a pic of that (at an understandably bad time) is odd. Funny, maybe, but also could be used in an unhealthy way. Add that to the fact she said she'd delete it, and didn't... She wanted to use it for something. And a pic like that can only be used for something sinister. She cried. She was sorry... But you are now in the loop of self doubt. What she did was put you in a place of mental trauma and could be called mental abuse. Could be, I say.

How long have you been with her? How does she honestly make you feel? Warm and happy, or doubting? Ask your friends and family what they think. They may have a clearer view of things than you, having known you longer and caring for you....

That being said, I was young one. It's tough. But it can also be amazing. I wish you good judgement or mental fortitude. You're going to need one, the other, or both.

  • Suss

verb. To suss something. To solve or figure it out. To come to understand it.

Short, sweet, one syllable. Two letters, three S's (which, honestly, do the heavy lifting) and U, the goth child of the vowels.

  • Naw. That's legit. Gen X is the reason this tw*t is in office and I'm not proud of it. There are quite a few in my generation that "being forgotten/ignored" as a parenting practice proved to not be the right answer for. There are a lot of struggling Gen Xers.

Please judge Gen X on how we thought you could take your hands off the wheel (unregulated kids) and it'll turn out right... When we were born, boomers left us on a straight flat road. The millennials got a bumpy, curvy road (the Internet is Big and extended families are getting smaller) and realized they had to hold on for dear life.

I think they have it fuckin hard and are doing amazing/their best with it.

    That's all.

  • Great diatribe. Seems like that's how it should be. Humans aren't weak. We're fucking amazingly strong... And you're proving it. Every bullet point, I was like "Yup." Im proud. You should get more verification, but sounds like you're too busy dealing with the shit. Good on ya. You're amazing. Id like to know how it turns out. See you at the finish line.

100% ... The quicker men and women figure this out, the happier everyone will be.

  • ^ This answer. He wants the US Treasury for his own. But also, he knows money is just a way of keeping score. If he wants to accomplish great things, he needs a slave race working blindly for him. (Musk having been raised in South Africa, apartheid was a real thing. Small white ruling class with all the money over the black native population who were treated like dogs). His goal is to bring that here and D.T. will help him.

They are both broken people inside. Something is very wrong in there and I pray it gets fixed/better.

  • Early 1800's France... Printing presses were very common and flyers and placards were being produced en masse.

The printing presses would make a clicking sound repeatedly. Or, in French "cliché"...

Cliché... a repeated phrase or word that has grown mundane.

Also, working at a flour mill, as I do... If you want the best, purest flour, you get it from the head (start of) the milling process before flakes of wheat bran (the skin of the wheat kernel) can get ground up and mixed with the pure, white flour.

Head of the mill flour is more expensive and aesthetically pleasing but not always necessary.

If you are making breading or pretzels, you are not worried about color or rise, so you buy flour that runs the whole process of the mill. "Run of the mill" flour.

Run of the mill... Average, commonplace
