  • Same thing happened during the outsourcing craze of early 2000s. Everything and I mean everything moved to India or Philippines. There's even a movie about it because it was so common. I and everyone else lost our jobs. about a year later the contracts expired and we all got jobs back and outsourcing is used in balance. Eventually ai use will be balanced I hope. It cannot replace us. Not yet anyways.

  • I think the problem is that these issues cause problems for others. ADHD and autism cause problems GENERALLY for the autistic person. BPD people can be horrifically abusive. So yes they get more stigmatized. It sucks but really mental issues SHOULDN'T be stigmatized until it becomes problematic towards others.

  • I was alive before the internet and still had the same basic views that formed what I have now so yes. Id probably be more spiritually devout though just because of work opportunities

  • Between an immoral piece of sh and a person who was dedicated and believed they weren't yes there are sides.

Father isn't just committing an act of betrayal, which he does to the person he loves, so op will definitely also be fair game for betrayal, father is also abusing his seat of power over his very young employee which is called coertion or quid pro quo and is UNACCEPTABLE. The fact OP could look into the eyes of a man who would betray him without a second thought is just cope.

Eventually it will sink in how horrific this was and op I am sure being moral themselves hopefully will take moms side.

Normal to go through a period of shock or denial before it sinks in.

  • The "humor" is just Ryan being Ryan. He is a mean guy. It's funny on screen but IRL he is just that rude and gross to everyone without discrimination. I had to work with him twice and I dislike him. His wife is the same way. They are just objectively cruel for no reason. Which is funny when you're acting on screen only.

  • I have watched Forrest Gump many many times trying to understand the appeal and because others liked it and wanted to watch it. I begged my brain to like literally anything about it but it cannot. It is horrible. I dislike it so deeply. I still can't figure out why.
