Not quite. Tesla is just the vessel through which Musk enriches himself. Everyone is disposable in the end. The dumbest thing is that there's still people who still thinks otherwise.

Sure. But please report and block these people. We need them kicked out of social media.

Lemmy.world has an abundance of cryptofascists. You need to report them all the time, and block them too. If necessary, publically point out this problem, if mods do not listen.

It was well past its prime by the 1970s. VW would've ended production long before 2003 if it wasn't seen as an iconic vehicle.

The original Beetle was a very cheap car being sold at a time when no one else was making such vehicles. Sales tanked once competition showed up. The problem is that Tesla is seeing competition now.

Also, Teslas aren't cheap. So the market for them is much smaller.

That's the thing about decentralized social media: Individual sites and sub-communities don't have to be particularly active. They just need to exist as a place for honest discussion.

This is what killed nuclear cargo ships in the past. Ports just don't want such things coming in all the time.

They're still using pressurized gas tanks. Apparently, not even a drone is not too small for such things.

There are fuel cell powered drones out there. Size hasn't been an issue for a long time.
