Most voters are now way over conscription age....the over 60s vote on mass and they love "bring back national service". Even though it ended in 1960 so anyone under 80 would.not have been old enough to do it. They would vote to eat a shit sandwich just so they could shit breath on young people.

I'll.go one further with authenticator. Mobile phones were banned in the data center and other certain locations (financial services).
