Definitely describes my switch back in 2008 when canonical still sent out Ubuntu CDs for free in the mail. We had dial up so it was faster for them to mail me a CD than to try and download the image myself.
As a programmer, there are so very few situations where I've seen LLMs suggest reasonable code. There are some that are good at it in some very limited situations but for the most part they're just as bad at writing code as they are at everything else.
As a fluent switch, I think it means "I am saddened by this". That, or "please ensure I break this rule with plausible deniability intact". Hard to say which.
