Honestly one thing I think our future !place needs is color blending. colors can be blended with the below color instead of replaced. A notched slider or radio button sets the blending alpha. 25%, 50%, 75%, 90%.

Let me be clear. yes, you are correct. (it was late at night and i was on copium) The problem is in an angered state, people need (actively seek out) an explanation. There are con men that love starving people because they are vunrable. The only just thing to do is help build that explanation together, without being like the con men nor letting their scams and lies into the group.

Theres a greater purpose to this all than wrecking reddit, its building a new, better home. One resistant to rot. You can in anger run away, but you need somwhere to run to (else twitter complaints happen). To those who need a home base on the internet, lemmy is there.

Its ment to cull the garbage and get a more inde youtube, I like an artist called Sui uzi but listen to their diskography once and youtube will drive you to listen to the same tracks repeatedly.

Newpipe is a personal favorate, its a verry solid, unified package (no plugin support). Can watch most non DRM yt stuff as well as its own non account subscription system, no plugin support means no dearrow or sponsorblock. But it doesnt even relise that the ads even exist so it doesnt load and play them.
