Unless you were angsty, minipulitive or abusive, theres no valid reason to delete another's opinion the way you claimed they did. I think defederation of 2 reasonable groups from eachother is bad because ideas and culture becomes badly inbread for both sides.
The big problem is it also (accedentially or not) harms interoperability. (Nothing is as safe as saving a video to your local storage media. Because they beleave access to youtube is earned not owed, even if you paid them real money for access. Soo many fairly and unfairly deleted yt videos.) There are many tools for youtube that scrape the site for metadata or the video/audio itself but because their 3rd parties too small to even pay atention to, they have not been blessed by Alphabet inc. (discord music bot, yt-dlp, the wayback machine equivlant for youtube videos, DIY TV streaming boxes like Kodi, nicer FOSS android apps like Newpipe, socialblade, etc...) I fear these could be broken by a change like this. Its secretly just the twitter/reddit API debate again.

Linux has also overshadowed BSD. Diversity matters, but so do standards. Kinda, theres actually multiple chained together. All of them handing control over to software more complicated than the last. The end goal is to load and hand control over to a kernal on stored on a writable storage media. The one on the eeprom is the first one (the BIOS).
I think I was refering to the fact that i thoght you'd be forced to work, (if the soundbyte of what happened is even true) it's likely biden only banned protesting (witch is the real violation).

I cannot tell you motivations, but all people who sit in biden's chair are a slave to the status quo. If he wants to witj all his heart or hes a masochist. It doesnt matter, "you do your job, you get paid and dont ask questions."
Biden is literally taking steps to further Union support
I dont dought he is, even if biden had a heart of gold (i dont really know) he is still bound by other forces that compete with compassion. These competing forces could be:
hostility to workers disrupting power structures
need for this to be low profile to protect his career
need for this to look and feel resolved so nothing goes any further
Biden can and will fight for workers to shut up. the above make sense as motivations.
Biden will get you as much as you will accept in sick time. The reason for him to fight is to make you feel like you got enough. The above and mabe kindness makes sense as a motivation for why.
If i keep slaves, and those slaves feed my children. If they escape my children will starve, the whole negborhood will! Therefore it is immoral to let the slaves become free persons, EVER. /s
The trolly problem clasically has no good answer, however the above statement has held down thousands of slaves in all but name. You are saying perpetuating slavery indefinitly causes less suffering than an unknown amount of starvation.
