Got a new job after months of unemployment following getting laid off. Crawling out of a financial hole at the moment that was left in it's wake, but at least bills can be paid.
Edit: Iceland sounds fascinating. I hear it's one of the few countries where the language hasn't changed much, you can read thousand year old documents. Can't do that with English, it gets incomprehensible before Middle English.
It might work if the apples were sliced to potato chip level of thin. Definitely not cubed though.
But that's putting a lot of work into something that likely won't taste very good to begin with.
