  • If it gets racist or vile you still need to shut it down. This is a topic poised to become racial stereotypes told by majorities about minorities. You usually don't verify the origin of the claimants.

E.g. those Turks and their bazaars trying to scam each other of the last penny, or something antisemitic.

I might have erred on the side of caution as well.

  • We don't rent it from them. We pay for continued ownership. The difference being that eviction is not possible and you do not need permits unless you do something more involved to your property. Calling it renting discounts the complexities that renting brings with it. The costs of renting usually are much higher than property taxes.

  • Certified psycho. If you think owning a plot of land within a country does not have an opportunity cost you are wrong. If you think people imposing costs on others shouldn't pay for it say it out loud.

Just go and found your own country already, you just need a gun in order to enforce your ownership. In the end a state is just the monopoly of force in a place.

  • Claiming that a 157% price hike cannot be explained by a 9% drop in supply is just bad economics. If everybody just buys the eggs anyway the price can rise arbitrarily high.

Profits increasing on the short term is very plausible as costs don't rise from having some hens die, but supply drops. This is over compensated with price increases.

  • Unlikely. There are and where good economic and political reasons for the war.

The blossoming democracy, freedom and wealth in Ukraine are dangerous to the stability of Russia. They show what could have been.

The annexation of crimes did bring ports to further Russia's imperial ambition. The agricultural land is of high quality and will secure Russia's role as a resource exporter after the phase out of fossils. You also need to keep in mind that siberia's agricultural output is severely at risk from climate change. Ukraine had impressive heavy industry. They took transit tolls for Russian gas which could be saved.
