Might be cool to start advocating for some YouTube creators to also post their stuff on federated video hosting/sharing instances. Peertube is pretty cool. I mean shit, if any of you are thinking of being creators, and you make a video, put it both on YouTube and some Peertube instance.

Might help just to subtly edit your comment in a way that make any advice or content you've given shittier. Like if you have some sort of tech support comment, just edit it in a way so that the piece of tech support you've offered is some standard answer for the problem that doesn't fix anything. Do large criminal syndicates even bother with home grow operations anymore? I thought most of them were busy growing weed in the deep remote areas of national parks or some shit.

I mean technically, since we don't exist in a deterministic universe, we don't have a predetermined fate either, the concept of destiny or fate is a cope by itself. It's debatable that free will exists either. Perhaps neither fate nor free will exists, and everything is just a roll of the quantum die... Hopefully it's a D20.

Also maybe there's some concept currently beyond human comprehension that makes it so that a probabilistic universe, deterministic universe and free will can paradoxically work all together.

I suggest watching the Behind the Bastards on this guy. He's weirdly obsessed with death, dead animals, eating bush meat (how he got legitimate brain worms) and rancid rotten meat. Probably all stemming from the death of his dad and his constant abuse of psychedelics and opioids.

I like to be optimistic, eventually such crusaders will have such tools turned against them and that will be that. Even they will begin doubting whether any nudes are real.

Still, I'm not so naive that I think it can't turn any other way. They might just do that thing they do with abortions, that is the line of reasoning that goes: "the only acceptable abortion is my abortion", now changed to "the only fake nudes, are my nudes"

When it comes to privacy and anonymity Monero would be king. The FBI and NSA has demonstrated that Bitcoin is not as "private" as many claims.

Don't get me wrong, if they actually researched and were educated in the subject, I'd have no issue with people taking a risk in investing in something like crypto, but the fact remains many Americans are ill suited and uneducated when it comes to finance, investing, and technology. Plenty of people have played and deal in a manner that is similar to speculation and or gambling when it comes to crypto, buy in, and are equally fucked because of it. Not too mention the various influencers who take advantage of their audience and really fuck them over in pump and dump schemes.

I feel sad for a lot of people in crypto. There's a certain sense or feeling of disenfranchisement among the American people, which is how people like Trump gain favor in society. Trump promises you everything and lies about all he takes away. He's seen after all as some "alternative to the establishment", an establishment that has exploited and fucked over the people over and over again. In a sense, this disenfanchisement, economic disenfranchisement affects people into crypto. Never underestimate the power that poverty and economic hardship has in making desperate people delusional.

It's good to feel proud of where you work. I'm not too sure on whether or not Intel treats their workers good though, do they?
