  • No, the AI should be shut down and the owner should first be paying the statutory damages for each use of registered works of copyright (assuming all parties in the USA)

    If they have a company left after that, then they can fix the AI.

  • Well said. This isn't Reddit. Make or find the community you want and if it's good people will subscribe. It's not right to waltz in and demand changes to existing ones to help with the bad taste left from how Reddit went down.

  • Maybe I'm misunderstanding but I'm using Connect for Android and I just tap the options for the post and I can block the user, community, or instance. Lemmynsfw was the first one I blocked and I haven't seen anything since.

    Also, apropos of nothing else,when you block a user, you still get an option to see their comments (it'll come up as this user was blocked) but then you click thru to see it.
