How did Larian do it? Its not really a major studio, just average size. And Baldurs Gate 3 runs perfectly on it. The Mac Book Pro with the M2 gets rock staple 60 FPS on max in 1440p - even though its not the most demanding game, still really impressive for a Laptop.
For me its factorio. I always start, get into problems, realize I fucked up the layout and am thinking 'better just start fresh'. So I have a couple hundred hours in the game, but I never completed it.
Flagship price? You get a Pixel 8 pro and a pixel watch 2 for $900. If you sell the smartwatch for $300 (MSRP is $400) you come out at $600. The S23 Ultra and iPhone 15 Pro is at $1300.
Another problem to the already mentioned ones (expensive, expensive dedicated infrastructure needed) is the range. Hydrogen is not very energy dense. For example the Toyota Mirai has a range of 500 km (310 miles) and its a pretty big, fuel-efficient car and the fuel storage is as big as the vehicle allows it.
So while you can refuel faster than electric, you need to do it more frequently and its less convenient.
Its actually the result from the Agenda 2020. Economic policies take sometimes years to get results. Merkel didn't hurt the economy in the short term though, but you you get the results now: crumbled infrastructure and dependence on Russia and China.
So far a leader of a military group, which has just overthrown a democratic elected leader, which cooperates with the Wagner group to secure their might, claims that France is doing that.
I would put a big question mark behind that claim and wait for reliable sources.
But this is in fact how the police argues. Climate protests are terror attacks (since they disrupt traffic) and therefore this is justified.
Pretty sure the Bundesverfassungsgericht (basically our supreme court) will shut this practice down – just like all the other times Bavarian laws have been ruled unconstitutional – but Bavaria doesn't care. They scrap the law and replace it with a similar unconstitutional version and wait 2 years until the Bundesverfassungsgericht rules it unconstitutional and so on.
The chip design is top notch. The manufacturing is 3 generations behind. Its manufactured in 7nm. Current state of the art is 3nm. So more like 3–4 years and not 5, but still behind.
We can't say anything for certain though, since besides the manufacturing width, yields are important too. If they manage 7nm in a high yield its a completely different story than 7nm with a low yield. In a capitalist system no one would go 7nm with a low yield, but in Chinas system economical viability isn't a priority.
