There is no shame in supplementing with Huel, YFood or alike, even muti vitami is fine. I'm also a fan of a refreshing alcoholfree beer!
Lots of good advice here. I like frozen meals or even veggies to keep the routine on some of these days. They need to be heated in a pan opposed to frozen pizza which u just shove into the oven.
I can also recommend a simple rice cooker which u can set and forget, as it switches into warm holding mode when it's done w cooking the rice.
Nice onel, thanks for sharing! This is something I can improve on aswell, as a desk worker. Furthermore because taking eyes of the monitor screen regulary is supposed to reduce eye strain! I got this timer for my desk and workouts at home.
Good one, a controller is really a game changer. I enjoy it too, and think it's even much needed one for some games, like Dark Souls. 4 years ago I bought the used Xbox controller from a co-worker, as he got himself the new version. Paid him $10-15 IIRC. This year I bough a new wireless USB-Dongle for $15, as the old one got wonky. Very much worth it.
