  • Okay, so then why are people targeting the show instead of Shutterstock?

Even then, being mad at Shutterstock doesn't make sense because the person who started selling something AI generated on a platform that doesn't allow it obviously wouldn't disclose that fact.

And you can't just ban anything you think might be AI generated immediately, because then you just become the fuckwit mods of r/art.

  • So people are mad at the show creators... because an image that some designer purchased for a poster... may have been AI generated... even though it's not confirmed... and even if it's true, that makes the designer of the poster a victim of a scammer...

So, what, are we just going full rabid at the very mention of AI now?

  • YouTube will probably slowly try and squeeze revenue out of its creators and/or users

Someone hasn't been paying attention for the last ten years. I still remember a time when creators didn't have to tiptoe around topica in a vain attempt to avoid having their revenue ripped away from them.

  • If you've ever seen a YouTuber speak in a weird way, stumble around certain topics, leave out important information that might be controversial or censor something that seems minor, then you should know the answer to your question is no.

  • "Any" is probably fine. It tends to be my choice. That said, you're better off just not using Hexbear. Ya know, unless you're chill with things like genocide.

  • I just wanna know where they got a mask that doesn't look like shit.

  • Yeah, okay buddy. Not like there aren't already three other comments here calling that initial comment as the bullshit that it is.

Anyone ever told you that you have the reading comprehension of a carrot? Of course, that assumes you actually care about what you're reading, rather than just blindly supporting totalitarianism and espousing racially-motivated attacks.

Have they maybe said that you're just genuinely fucking insane? I know that everyone is already telling you how racist you are, so I don't have to ask that one.

Oh, and btw, if you're using easily disproven half-truths to (durr this movie even talks about Tiananmen Square!!) to try and lessen the reality of such heinous events, you can fuck yourself with broken glass, regardless of your skin color, you racist prick.

Edit: Oh, you're that Tankie piece of shit mod from the tech board that's been recorded deleting everything you can that so much as implies China has ever done anything wrong! People like you don't deserve even the smallest shadow of power, you fucking scumbag, and I hope your racist rant comes back to bite you.

  • Dear Tankie,

Please fuck yourself with broken glass

    Signed,
    The rest of the world

  • From "nobody cares" to "you're assuming nobody cares" in one hour. Not a record by far, but still a pretty rapid heel-turn.

  • Always has been. Reddit welcomes it, the rules are just for show. I once reported one of the most vile, racist posts I've ever seen in a supposed "dark comedy" subreddit.

"This post has been reported previously and was found to not violate Reddit's rules."

  • Not to mention that many ISPs also use CGNAT, so one public IP can relate to a number of different people at once.

  • Apparently I'm out of the loop, what happened?

Edit: Got to a point that I could look it up. My favorite part is where the devs felt so strongly about their god given right to call people f**s that they said people should just pirate the game instead. Awesome. Not completely disgusting at all.

  • I mean, I take advantage of everything Prime offers. Movies, discounts, games, books, all of it, so I definitely get back more than the cost. I've also got a locker within walking distance of my house, and Walmart already did in all my local businesses, so I'm not worried about hurting their bottom line.

  • This game is moddable?

  • Should AI generated CSAM and CP be treated the same as a real person since it promotes the same issues?

That's where things get difficult. An episode of Law & Order: SVU tried to tackle this question a long time ago (but with Photoshopped fake CSAM) and the answer was a resounding "I dunno."

On the one hand, it's disgusting, deplorable, etc. On the other, a fake image means no one was victimized for it.

Does the content further radicalize these people, creating further risk of them victimizing a child, or does it sate their desires, helping to prevent them from victimizing a child? These questions are incredibly difficult to actually answer, and no answer can ever really be definitive, as you can't really predict how any one person might react.

  • Huh, and I just started getting into Tomb Raider like three days ago. How serendipitous.
