Although they're mostly well known for their music instruments, Casio makes good calculators.

American kids and their damn fancy calculators. I got through a technician degree in Electronics and a Grad degree in Robotics with a Casio FX82. It can display two lines with simple letters and numbers, no graphs. It also stores up to 6 numbers in memory.

FireFox does collect some data, even in incorgnito, and even if you opt out of optional data collection. Last time I checked, you had to change a hidden flag (about:config) to truly stop them from collecting all data (and they could technically re-enable it in future updates).
