So like. I dunno. Buddhism kind of accepts that everything anyone can or will do is something they've done. And existence is suffering. Freeing yourself from attachment and embracing the moment with love and kindness is a person thing, and sure genociders may be cenociding other people but ultimately through a Buddhist lens they're harming themselves and straying further from enlightenment in the here and now.
Nothing really like MATTERS for a Buddhist in the big picture sense. We live, we do things, we die, ultimately none of it comes to anything. There's no one watching over you to punish you or praise you, and nothing for you after you die but more of this through a different lens or to finally be done with the bullshit and leave it all behind..

I understand how you can associate the kind of shrieking misandry you often come across as feminism, since the kindd of people (usually women) who are all about this are very angry and very vocal.
Actual feminists - the ones seeking to gain a more cogent understanding of the dynamics of gender and out of that create a more suitable world, don't sound like they. Sure there are people who call themselves feminists who want nothing more than to replace patriarchy with matriarchy but they're rarely the ones doing any actual work towards creating better gender relations.
I'll give you a tipe that will help you spot the difference pretty quickly: do they ever mention men, at all, in a way that isn't dismissive or angry?
If they don't, then chances are they've never read anything about feminism that they didn't see online. I think most of the ones that have read a book before would agree with you that it's important that men have a voice, and many of them are sounding the same alarms you're sounding.
When feminism talks about patriarchy they're not talking about emasculating men - just that it's high time tried looking at alternatives to power structures that only benefit a very small percentage of people at the expense of everyone else.
Patriarchy is men fighting tooth and nail when we don't have to. It's being told by society to shut up and get on with it. That your humanity makes you weak.

For the most part these are great points. No arguments, save for that you mentioned women earn less than men - not disagreeing with you, but my understanding is that where men and women are doing the same job the wage gap is almost nonexistent.
Factors like the glass ceiling and draconian laws about taking time off work to parent - and who can do this - contribute as well.
Also men tend to gravitate towards higher paying, and more dangerous, jobs. Women generally want jobs that will help others and give their life meaning, whereas many men will kill vows in a manure pit with their teeth for 8 hours a day if you pay them enough.
Of course things are changing - there Fd women working in the trades, for example.
So yes, the gap exists but the "why" of it and the solutions are complex and nuanced. I felt hat because of this it detracts from otherwie well made arguments.

That doesn't sell well online. Add in the name of the game "feminism" and it's enemy " patriarchy" and it's pretty easy to see how anyone that's never engaged with actual feminism - regardless of their gender, can think it's just "grrrrls good boys bad".
While I do think the blue haired land whales and the gravy seal anti feminists would agree on what feminism is they're both probably going to be wrong. And I don't think this is a no true Scotsman type thing, and at the same time in a sense feminism "is" what the land whales and neck beard say it is, which is to say that the whole thing has gotten very muddied by polarized andsimplistiv viewpoints that have muddied the fact that feminism has a serious fucking pr problem.
