Just discussions, if someone is arguing in a space and its disruptive then, yes.

If someone is listening to a discussion on their phone how is that different from listening to a discussion in person?

Personally music doesn't bother me either, I'll just tell them my opinion on their music if I felt that strongly. Or just be a normal person and bump to it, if i like the music.

Does someone not monitor disruptive behavior? The theater worker, the funeral home attendant, librarians etc.

If I'm having a discussion do I need to worry about others listening to my discussion?

Nope I'm there for the movie. Libraries are there for reading and studying. Cemeteries are there for grieving family and friends. I consider those things to be an event that occupies my attention.

If I'm in a public space without something that should occupy my attention, I'll listen to my discussion-based audio however I wanna.

I find that this works for most of my interactions with strangers. Question what media they are consuming and start a conversation from there.

If they felt so inclined to play their audio loudly I see it as an opportunity to engage with that.

Nah, I listen to my breadtube on 11. Its a public space, and if you don't like what I'm listening to I would love to have a discussion about it.

I am not a German, so I appreciate you explaining that to me. As an American I'd love to say the same about our judiciary.

I'm asking what mechanisms beyond simply banning them will need to be implemented? I'm thinking banning them is only a bandage solution.

That could very well be true. I chose to believe he doesn't really believe he is making the country 'great'. He is simply reading from fascisms playbook, as a result of late capital.

I agree, that some might say he subscribes to palingenetic ultranationalism. Yet, I think that would make him a fascistic collaborator.

In my personal opinion trump isn't ideologically fascist. I would consider him opportunistically fascist.

I believe he wields his rhetoric for his own personal gain. I'm thinking he would just as quickly change his rhetoric if it advantaged him.

None of what I've seen from the current GOP tells me any one of them has the same saucy charisma as trumf. He's not built like them, his defining trait with the GOP is that he's a garbage human being.

I just like the idea of a corrupt judge, in the US, getting primaried by a working class person. Obviously, with the correct counsil, if elected.

I want to believe those are the kinds of people this legislation is designed to support, in a perfect system.

If not, its just more fluff to jam up and backlog the beurocracy.

How it will play out is another story. Maybe Mexico will try it out.
