That's the problem, the republican party captured the levers of power and now get to police themselves. This is what happens when you get a Republican clean sweep.

no, you've assumed i can't because i refused to argue.

there are times when people arguments are so divorced from the actual facts that it is better not to engage. this was one of those times.

arguing with someone only works when that person is making those points in good faith which this person wasn't.

they liken two entirely different situations they said points which were categorically untrue and then they tied it up with whataboutism.

so I say again I think they could use a critical reasoning course

consider for a moment that America is the aggressor in all these situations and have been attacking our sovereignty. we have no other choice than to respond in kind. we didn't start this fight.

it was an IT job that typically requires it but the position i got slotted in didn't. it's just antiquated hiring managers thinking that people without a car can't be trusted to show up for a shift

unfortunately they actually wanted to see it so I waited till I saw it enough and then started taking the bus eventually I sold the car but only after I was sure they wouldn't be looking for it
