  • Correct.

They are where you'll find the deeply ignorant, xenophobic, Daily Mail readers frothing at the mouth and red in the face with anger over how "forriners" are lazy criminals that come here to claim benefits for them and their 16 kids, while simultaneously stealing all the jobs and homes from "hard working British families" (read: "British benefit claimants out of work and living in grothole housing owned by a local slumlord").

  • The current country is a highly corrupt oligarchy that keeps it's citizens ignorant, imprisons those that dare speak out, and ensures there is zero internal political resistance to the regime continuing it's brutal and bloody status quo.

The US is rapidly heading the same way, the wannabe Oligarchs in the US seeing Russia as an example to follow.

Get your head out of your arse.

  • Time is as imaginary as up/down, left/right, forward/backward.

That is to say that the concept and it's consequences exist no matter what we call it. Time is not a human thing, it's one of the dimensions of the space in which we exist. Calling it "time" and a "second" being as many vibrations of a caesium as it is, that's the human bit.

  • Technocracy means the masses are ruled by a panel of experts in their fields. Scientific, expert advice sets policy, ie. Logic rules supreme. America is not, is not becoming, and never will be, a technocracy.

America has been an oligarchy for a while, now it's going full authoritarian.

  • It's my understanding that whenever infinity is encountered, it means that our model doesn't quite work.

It may be the way it is with this particular model/equations/bit of physics, and it may simply indicate "Nope". I suspect not though.

  • Doesn't it also require infinite energy to do so if "the thing" has mass at all?

ie. Our description of physics breaks down at such extremes, so in truth, we have no fuckin' idea, just a best guess? (Thus far)

  • Maybe.

Never had that reflex triggered in me when presented with renders of what we think neanderthal looked like though.

Sample size of one means nothing though, so, yeah, maybe.

  • Here's one for you;

"Uncanny Valley." Why do we have a lizard brain level instinct to be wary of/uncomfortable around things that look almost human?

At what point in our evolutionary history was being afraid of something that looks nearly human, but not quite, a useful survival trait?

Were we preyed upon by something that looks almost human for long enough to evolve an instinctive warning?

  • Nine bullets that hit the kid they were "aiming" at, who was on the other side of a chainlink fence that his cerebral palsy prevents him from scaling no less. Multiply the number of pigs involved by the magazine capacity of their firearms to find out how many rounds were actually fired.

Both awful shots, and fucking cowardly to boot.

They should be stripped of their authority and paraded through the streets tarred and fucking feathered for what they've done.

What they'll get instead is paid leave, and moved to another precinct upon their return to work, at worst.

The US is fucked from the ground up, all Trump is doing is accelerating the decline, waving the corruption around like a flag, rather than behind closed doors. (Like it's done everywhere else)

Edit: 4 pigs, guessing 11 round capacity, means 44 rounds expended, to hit with 9.

I have never fired a handgun in my life, and I am confident I could do better than that. The fact that "trained" individuals are this bad is humiliating to those involved.
