Most search engines are practically unusable due to the massive amount of garbage AI generated sites that take up the search results while having just platantly false information.
That is the case for all of Europe and most of the rest of the world. That's why that ToS change is only for US customers.
My country only considers electronic signatures made by our national ID cryptographic signature system to be legally binding in contracts. A ToS without that and just an agree button can only be used to set rules within that platform here. In a court a ToS is basically meaningless.

Oh wow, that's some Russian propaganda there. The only point that was correct there is the one about Ukrain having some weird nazi shit in their military, which Russia has magnitudes more of. It's weirdly common here in Eastern Europe, I would say it was because of the soviet occupations but Russia has the worst nazi problem so I doubt it.
I listened to that call in its entirety after someone else made the same claim and it's just them saying the person most likely to be in power will most likely to be in power. The rest of the claims are literally Russian propaganda with no basis in reality.
