Im my experience they were not prepared, even when they are the ones doing the abandoning.

If it has a valve on the outlet of the water heater, you can close that and flush cold water through the heater and out the bottom drain by opening the drain. This will also have more pressure and volume of water to flush with.

How the hell they can be so proud and supportive when these laws fails to prevent future gun crimes is ridiculous. I wonder if a class action lawsuit is possible under unreasonable restriction with no evidence to reduce gun crimes mixed with a bit of wasting tax payer money on the wrong solutions.

The money spent on this program could have been used to go after smugglers, research where the guns are coming from, work cross border with other agencies or 1000 other ways this money could have been spent better to reduce gun crimes.

Really gotta keep restricting legal gun owners, clearly they are the ones commiting the gun crimes. Shouldn't this money have been used to counter handgun smuggling or investigate illegal gun smugglers instead of targeting the group that statistically rarely ever commits a gun crime? Can the government even afford to buyback all the weapons? Does the government even know who owns what?

I think this technique varies in success depending on the content of the video. And for some people even just being satisfied enough with their own drawings is too distracting or time consuming compared to less diverse stock footage options. They may be self conscious about their skills as an artist or worried that their drawing isn't really expressing their point as well as stock footage might have.

Even just whipping up some stick people in paint, saving the frames, and ordering them in the video can be more time consuming than picking some clips from an existing library of footage. Many youtubers still have full time jobs and may not have the time or creative energy to add their own drawings to a video.

Many of them really consider their spoken part to be the majority of their content, the stock footage is there to keep our attention, it isn't necessarily the whole point of their channel and lets them get their points across without spending tons of time or money on their own footage. Many of this style of youtuber will also include charts, graphs, or diagrams when relevant between the stock footage. It gets them more views than some boring powerpoint style presentation between graphics.

The liberals could end his free ride by getting a new leader. Justified or not people are fed up with Justin and most of Pierre's strategy relies on that. The liberals refuse to listen to their voter base and many members of their own party. Failure to pick a new leader is inaction to prevent a conservative win.

It is a privledge to drive not a right. Walmart keeps cameras on you from the moment you enter to hold accountability to theft and other actions like violence or harassment. Congestion, speed, and red light cameras serve a similar purpose on the roadways, holding drivers accountable for their actions.

This is good on the stick side of things, we need the other side solution too like higher frequency transit, transit priority lanes/signals, and free fares to help people switch as well. The amount of money we lose subsiding transit is easily made back by what we save on car infrastructure.

He didn't kill the suspect just injured and the suspect had threatened to kill him.

The kid does claim the suspect threatened to harm or kill him.

Your brain is pretty good at ignoring those kinds of reactions when adrenaline is pumping and you are worried about your own safety. Same reason people who are typically nonviolent can throw a good punch if assaulted. We are still animals and we have fight or flight instincts that trigger fast.

And those regulations also make larger vehicles follow stricter standards which makes the smaller cars still more competitive than US markets.

We can't tax the rich, that is anti oligarch/anti monopoly policy. Won't anyone think of the shareholders? They have 4th homes to buy and a 2nd cottages in their sights, now with parking for 2 yachts.
