I started my PC gaming experience with LEGO Universe, an MMO with a free to play section but most of the content was behind monthly passes. I could never convince my parents to buy me the passes, and they shut down the servers relatively soon after I started playing. But I have great memories of it and still yearn to explore those worlds behind the pay wall to this day.
I'm not sure making transit cheaper is the right thing to do when the money would better be spent on making the service more attractive, iirc PATH could use much higher frequencies.
Well yeah it may just be my perspective, I don't know how easy it was in ye olde days, since I'm fairly new to pirating and never used a VPN for it (because it isn't really needed in my country, not because I'm stupid)
That's how it is in Switzerland: you pay a small piracy tax on every storage medium, in return downloading films and series is legal (but not uploading, though I never got a problem with torrenting)
We (or at least I) are not telling those people to not drive in conditions like you described, we say that there should be more busses so not driving as often would even be possible, and that if they drive that they don't demand that they have a right to park right in front of everywhere they go in the city and get there by freeways that are built for rush hour traffic and sit mostly empty during the rest of the day (and scarring the city the whole time, while they can escape to their quaint countryside).
I don't think the font size matters too much in this, it's just the printing the whole source code, including a lot of not directly relevant things, and sending all of that over in a few boxes instead of sharing the project files with them that is very malicious.
I'm usually running with friends, so you running becomes secondary, with sometimes doing a bit of a focus for it for a few minutes for an interval or special foot training. I struggled a long time with running for myself, but I just need to set myself a route goal and then keep my pace in view on my watch, otherwise I go way to fast for longer distances.
This road is definitely a problem, it is the only stretch of the main north/south highway that isn't actually a highway, once they build that tunnel it can finally serve the purpose of a local alternative for vehicles that can't go on the highway (bikes and tractors and other slow stuff).
The only way you could improve the current situation is by offering free bike-tickets on the trains running between the two closest stations instead of this weird shuttle.
Thanks! Currently I don't have time at all, but maybe I will remember this one day and come back to it.
