sonetimes I stop and get a single serving bottle of milk at the store to drink on my walk home from work and always feel weird if people see me drinking it... guess now I know I'm not the only one.
I was out when they did the thunderbolt only thing. and of course when they realized it was a mistake, they not only fixed it but also added a massive unnecessary notch in the display to make it match the iphone. it's like the joke writes itself in my case.
tldr: net neutrality means everything that uses an internet connection is treated equally. EX: cox communications offers a "fast lane" for gamers on their networks, but if all connections were treated neutrally, everything would be as fast as possible by default without the need for an upgraded service plan.
I installed a userscript today that plays ads in muted embeds hidden behind the actual player so that it effectively and quite literally blocks them while still leaving actual ublock disabled on the site. works pretty well.
same here. switched back after years of dual booting because on all my DEs over the years I consistently had these issues, not to mention I make music and daws fucking hate Linux / wine. just made sure to debloat it before I used it.
I have noticed this too. It's better just to not interact. At the end of the day, I just wanted a better link aggregator than what reddit became and it works nicely for that.
flat design but specifically rounded everything. I'm not watching a video on a round player where part of what I'm watching is cut off. I even switched to the SE because the round screen with a notch in it on my iphone XR drove me crazy.
