  • Depends what you mean by "commitment".

Some think it means marriage and children. Which is understandable being hesitant about. Both are big steps that require some "scrying" into the future.

But I don't have the impression there's as much of a problem with simply commiting to a relationship and being a couple.

  • You just reminded me of that time when young right-wing men were complaining that women wouldn't date them when they found out about their political stance.

It was one of the funniest things I've read in "the news" in a while.

  • You could just say 'American.'

It's only 'Cops' when it's inland, they call it 'Military' when they impose outside their own borders.

But it's all the same in the end.

  • I'm sorry to hear it, mate. You have my condolences. Never stop brushing, though. The alternative is far worse.

  • There really isn't. Not where I live. The price difference alone if you want something like childrens tooth paste is 200% plus, minimum. Even 'No-Flavor' toothpaste costs way more, and come in too small portions, than I'm willing to pay for. Plus, only one in ten stores even carry something like it.

  • Same. Mint triggers my gag-reflex hard. It's uncomfortable, but such is life if you want to keep your own shinys.

It has made me throw up so many times. And then I have to start over. It's not a great way to start ones morning, I can say that.

  • You can't tell me what to do! You're not my real mom!

  • So it's both cute AND efficient? What an amazing creature.

  • It was pretty much one of the biggest lessons of the whole covid affair. The groundfloor personel is the most essentiel part of everything. Without, the whole system collapses.

  • Which is weird when you think about how dependent Bethesda is on the Modding Community.

  • Are people still buying these?

I get Blizzard games can be hard to quit, but damn, at least give them a reason to make a new base-game.

  • Most people don't know how to install an adblocker extension on their browser either.

There's quite a few 12 year olds that know how to pirate. But looking at it globally, most don't, because most people in general barely categorize as computer 'users'.

  • Aside from the point that SH:A is just another over-monetized scam, I am quite interested in how much money that first stream garnered them. Because the more I read about it it seems like everyone and their grandmother bought into it to try it out.

I am sincerely hoping that isn't the case.

  • Most people do. But it's not enough.

Even if all their users payed, it wouldn't be enough.

  • I'll make a wild assumption and say that the people that made the adblockers might also be using them.

  • Plus, it's likely to evolve into a "less ads" deal eventually.

The one constant is that there's never enough money to satisfy corporate needs.
