  • There are all kinds of civilians working for the military. This isn't some active war zone where she stepped on a land mine. Every civilian doing work on an airport tar mac doesn't require a military member holding their hand to tell them not to walk into spinning proppellers. Blaming this on the military vs just an unfortunate accident is just ridiculous

  • At my work, we have a big Rails app with lots of tests

    Of course they need a blog post to get test times down to something that's already way too slow. Ruby and Rails are such a dumpster fires

  • Yeah I can install whatever I want, I do have root, we just have an agent that checks certain things before allowing VPN access.

    So I do have konsole and Kate installed, but yakuake doesn't work very well with gnome and I need my drop down terminal

  • I would think it would depend on if this was labelled as hers. It's a totally reasonable assumption a giant bottle of creamer in a common fridge is for common use unless specified otherwise
