By "business risk", they just mean bad for the business, ethics aside

So they do care, just not enough? What should they be doing about it?

The only thing really offensive about it, judging from the post, is that they're positioned before the user's pins, not after.

Speaking of moving sofas, I just learned the other day that a preprint was just released in November that, once formally reviewed, should solve the moving sofa problem.

So next time someone needs help moving a sofa you could just give them a copy of the solution
