No, that just causes arbitrary problems for businesses and people who live and work in the city.

Congestion charges are the way to go. For better or worse we live in a capitalist society so if you want to change behaviour, there needs to be a cost for it.

I bought one of their phones after how much people rave about them. Cost me more than the equivalent Samsung or iPhone. • Ethical problem - Potentially no correct solution, tradeoffs likely.
• Engineering problem - Smart people do maths until problem is solved.

You make a great point there, Prodeus is funny in that respect because it's heavily, heavily inspired by Brutal Doom (like deliberately going for the pixelated sprites + HD level geometry dichotomy) but they didn't really take any of the lessons from what that guy did to make the Doom enemies smarter and more fun to fight.

Mate my brother was a drug dealer, half my friends growing up were in gangs, and at no point did I wish I had a gun or any other weapon except in sad moments as a power fantasy.
